Essential
Everything you need to take a polishing run from the tool to a finished report, in the order you work.

Acquire
Record a baseline and your runs straight from the polisher into the project, with shear force, normal force and pad temperature live on screen.

Files
Import .dat run files and annotate each with its wafer, pad, slurry and conditioner, pressure, sliding velocity, polish time, removal and WIWNU. Edit many runs at once, and view COF, force and temperature traces or the raw and processed tables.

Run Playback
Plot any two signals of a run against each other as a scatter that builds over time, colored by time. Play, pause, change speed or scrub the timeline.

Correlations
Seven cross-run charts with one point per run: Stribeck, Preston and Arrhenius views, COF, pad temperature and WIWNU against P·V, and power density. Filter by wafer, pad, slurry, conditioner and pressure.

Reports
A summary workbook and a detailed data file in Excel, and a PowerPoint deck with native, editable charts.
Advanced
Everything in Essential, plus two tools for choosing between consumables and predicting outcomes.
Compare
See whether a new pad, disc or slurry is really better, using runs you already have. Compare pairs up only the runs made under the same process conditions, so any difference you see comes from the consumable, not the recipe.
AI Agent
Ask what a recipe will do before you spend a wafer on it. The agent trains a model on the runs in your project and predicts removal for new pressure, velocity and time settings on the consumables you have already run, with an uncertainty on every answer. It also summarizes a project, flags outlier runs and draws charts on request. Its language model runs on your workstation.

Your Data Never Leaves Your Lab
Araca Insights® runs entirely on your own computer. No cloud account, no server to log into, nothing sent back to us. Your run conditions, your recipes and your results stay on your machine and inside your network.
That includes the AI. The Advanced package carries its language model on board and does all of its thinking locally, so asking it about a proprietary slurry or an unreleased pad sends nothing anywhere.
It works in an air-gapped lab and on the day your network goes down.
Licensing
Each license covers the software for one polisher.
One, three or five years, or a lifetime license for as long as the tool stays in service.
