Araca Insights® Clean
A desktop application for importing, annotating, visualizing and analyzing brush scrubbing runs from our PCC-300® PVA brush scrubber and tribometer. It runs entirely on your own computer.
What It Does
Three tools, organized the same way as Araca Insights® Polish: project by project, with every run and its annotations in one folder.
Files
Import PCC-300® run files and record what went into each run: the wet-brush static force, brush model and nodule shape, cleaning solution and dilution, counts of scratches, particles and residue, and a defect-map image.
Shear Force & COF
Time traces of shear force and coefficient of friction for each run, with their mean, standard deviation, variance, skewness and kurtosis.
FFT
Frequency spectra of shear force or COF at native, 0.5 Hz or 1.0 Hz resolution over the range you choose, with cumulative and normalized views.

Araca Insights® Clean runs entirely on your own computer. No cloud account, no server to log into, nothing sent back to us. Your run conditions, your recipes and your results stay on your machine and inside your network.
It works in an air-gapped lab and on the day your network goes down.
Licensing
Each license covers the software for one scrubber.
One, three or five years, or a lifetime license for as long as the tool stays in service.
Every update released during the term, and support by phone or e-mail from the people who built the software.
